My Care My Home provides care, support and advice for elderly and vulnerable adults across England and Wales. We provide a range of products, services and choices for our customers and their family members. We support our customers to maintain their independence in their own home with Domiciliary care and Live in Care.

We work in partnership with NHS Trusts, Local Health Boards, Clinical Commissioning Groups, Local Authorities and other Statutory and Voluntary Organisations ensuring pathways are integrated.

We are an approved supplier with NHS Shared Business Services for both Patient Discharge Services and Third Party Brokerage.

We also provide advice to vulnerable customers of banks and building societies as well as later life organisations.

How is My Care My Home financed?

Much of the advice and services offered by My Care My Home are completely free of all charges. There are some services that are chargeable, and these services pay the operational costs of My Care My Home. As well as income generated from The Wellness Lottery.
