Yasmine John – Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Yasmine was appointed CEO of My Care My Home in October 2017. Before that her role was working as Director of Development and Operations. Yasmine has worked in the healthcare sector for over 20 years in both small and large organisations. She has held a number of business development and commercial roles within mental health, residential and care home settings as well as procurement and new start up operations. She has also worked in partnership with Local Health Boards, NHS Trusts and Local Authorities delivering integrated patient discharge services. Changing the way care and support is provided to our ageing population has always been something she has been passionate about.
Joanne Davies – Director of Care
Joanne commenced her career within the Health and Social Care Sector 15 years ago as a Support Worker and has also been a coordinator and Registered Manager. Joanne later became a Quality and Performance Manager and was responsible for the auditing of care services.
Joanne joined My Care My Home in 2014 initially working as a Project Manager where she managed the successful initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling of our Discharge Services.
Joanne is responsible for overseeing and leading our Domiciliary Care Services, working with the Operations Manager and Quality and Performance Officer in ensuring that the services are delivered to the highest standards, are sustainable and that the company’s purpose, vision and values are promoted at all times.
Tracey Smith-Atkins – Financial Controller
Tracey manages the Finance department for My Care My Home whilst maintaining relationships with banks and other financial institutions. Tracey also occupies the role as Director/CEO for Shaw CPB
Jeremy Nixey – Chairman
Jeremy is the Chief Executive of the Shaw Foundation and he is also Chief Executive of Shaw Healthcare (Group) Limited which nowadays has over 4000 staff and an annual turnover of approximately £100 million and operates about 80 care homes and other facilities. Jeremy is a Director/Chairman and founder of My Care My Home.
Dianna McMahon – Quality and Performance Officer
Diana has worked in Health and Social Care for over 30 years, starting her career as a part time care worker in a residential special school . Over the years she has been a Service Manager, Area Manager, Regional Manager and Contracts Manager. Dianna has gained a wealth of experience from working with and supporting vulnerable client groups in a variety of settings, from residential homes to day/community services. My practical, hands-on experience has been enhanced by Health and Social Care qualifications and a BA (Hons) degree in Business ,Leadership and Management.
Robert Ramasaha-Southall – Operations Manager
Robert has been in the Domiciliary Care sector for the last 16 years. Starting off as a care coordinator and working his way up to Registered Manager, in both England and Wales, and then to Operations Director where he was the Nominated & Responsible Individual for CIW and CQC.
Robert has been a Council Member for Care Forum Wales, Chair of Cardiff and Vale Providers Association, Board of Gloucester Care Providers Associate and of Hereford Care Providers Group and continues to be an active provider member of various Provider Forums across England and Wales.
Cheryl Keeling – Assessment Care Practitioner
Cheryl is a qualified Mental Health Nurse who has been registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council for over 20 years. Cheryl has a varied background undertaking working practice in a number of key health care areas including the NHS, South Wales Police and Private Healthcare Companies.
In latter years, Cheryl has worked primarily utilising the Mental Capacity Act, undertaking Best Interests, Mental Capacity and Needs Assessments throughout the UK.
Shahzad Nawaz – Customer Care Advisor
Shahzad handles all aspects of customer service and provides the first point of contact for potential and existing clients that wish to use or know more information about the services we provide. Shahzad is the direct contact for care homes and agencies who are looking to enhance their presence via a Premium Listing on the My Care My Home website.
Rachel Barnes – Customer Care Advisor
Rachel is part of the information and advice team providing new and existing clients guidance on their care needs and requirements. Rachel also is the direct contact for new Live In Care customers.
Natalie Regan – HR & Recruitment Assistant
Natalie manages the full recruiting process, including sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates and conducting pre-employment background checks. Natalie is also responsible for co-ordinating employment events for all branches in the UK. Natalie serves as a link between leadership, management and employees by answering questions, communicating decisions and helping to resolve work related matters.
